WHO CAN ENTER?
• Participants may not enter or receive a prize if they are directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants of the Promoters, their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or of the advertising or promotion agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.
• By entering this Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the Promoters’ decision regarding any issue with the Competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, correct and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.
• This is an online entry Competition only. Participants may enter multiple times. Participants may only win once.
• No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not received due to technical reasons, including telecommunication failure on the part of the Participant’s service provider, or otherwise.

HOW TO ENTER
• To participate in the competition, you must:

• Entries must be made by the closing date and time as specified in above.
• Entries must be by the Participant submitting them and not by a third party on the Participant’s behalf.
PRIZES
Superbalist: (to be used at checkout). This is valid for 3 years. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Pina: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Pet heaven: Voucher for R2,000 in Pet Points redeemable on petheaven.co.za. Winner must create a profile in order for pet points to be loaded. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winners will be contacted by email after the draw. Three attempts will be undertaken to contact the winner. All attempts to contact the winners will be made by email or phone and any other means of contact we have available to us. If there is no response from the winners within 3 days of the initial email/phone call we will be compelled to pick a new winner. The subsequent winner will then fall into the same above criteria for contact.
Crystal Birch hats: Cannot be returned for store credit or swapped for another style. If there is a sizing issue they can make contact with me to resolve it.
Beach Cult: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at BeachCult.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card. If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
DNA Analysis: Iincludes DNA health and that the report results will be discussed with an appointed practitioner.
Birkenstock: - Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual. Gift card will only be applicable to online purchases via the official BIRKENSTOCK SA website www.bashafrica.com.
Faithful to Nature – Cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given; it can be used online or at either of our stores (V&A Waterfront & Capricorn Park, Muizenberg).
UCook: Excludes market products and wine.
Freedom of Movement: Voucher is only redeemable online, not in-stores. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prizes promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
• The Promoters reserve the right to withhold prizes in the event that they reasonably believe, in their sole discretion, that the winner is not eligible to win, has contravened any of these terms and conditions, has acted in a manner that is not in the spirit of the Competition, their conduct can be reasonably interpreted as scamming or circumventing the rules of the Competition, acted fraudulently with regards to the Competition, if it would be unlawful to award the prize or if the winner fails to accept the prize after 2 (two) attempts for any reason whatsoever. In this instance, the winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The Promoters’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

GENERAL
• The Promoters reserve the right to shorten, extend, suspend the time period of the Competition or terminate the Competition whenever it should so choose for technical, commercial, or operational reasons, or for reasons beyond its control or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion. The Competition, its prizes, and terms and conditions may be amended by the Promoters, at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted within their sole discretion. In such an event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoters whatsoever.
• By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from SKOON. containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
• All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoters.
• Please note that the following terms require you to take on risk, limit the liability of the Promoters and indemnify the Promoters. Please read them carefully and contact the Promoters if you have any questions!
• The Promoters are not liable for any technical failures affecting participation in the campaign and they assume no liability in this regard.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, the Participant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless the Promoters, their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns from any and all claims or liability arising from participating in the Competition, any Competition-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters will not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any claims arising from loss, injury, damage or costs, suffered by a Participant in relation to this Competition or the prizes offered, including but not limited to claims relating to defects in the prizes or any losses caused by such defects or losses arising from incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Participants.
• The Promoters will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
• South African law shall govern these competition terms and conditions and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
